Distressed Properties are the new norm in today's Real Estate Market. And if you are interested in purchasing a distressed home, I can also guide you through evaluating the product and making offers that stick. Typically 8-12% of all Short Sales close. 80-90% of listings put together by CDPE's close. That's a big difference. So how does EUGENE fair in all of this? As of December 2009, we have over 200 distressed properties for sale through the MLS system.
